The spirit of Christmas came alive as the ISI family gathered for a joyful and memorable Innovuze Team-mas Celebration: Splash and Cheers, held at the beautiful L.A.D. Family Resort in Cagayan de Oro. It was an afternoon-to-evening filled with laughter, games, heartfelt moments, and meaningful celebrations—truly a reminder of the power of togetherness.

A Warm Start to a Festive Day

The day began with the committee assembling at Gateway Tower before heading to the venue to prepare every detail for the celebration. By mid-afternoon, employees arrived at the resort, greeted with excitement and smiles as registration officially kicked off the program.

The program opened with an invocation and the Philippine National Anthem, setting a reflective and respectful tone for the event. This was followed by a warm opening message from the General Manager, Mr. Lionel B. Amarado, reminding everyone of the year’s milestones and the value of teamwork that carried the company through its successes.

Fun, Games, and Friendly Competition

Energy quickly filled the venue as the games began. Teams enthusiastically participated in crowd-favorite challenges such as the Eggplant Relay, Straw Game, and the always-hilarious Flour Game. Cheers, laughter, and playful rivalry echoed throughout the resort as colleagues bonded beyond their daily roles.

The festivities kicked off by honoring our most punctual attendees with the Early Bird Awards. These small but delightful surprises served as a warm 'thank you' for those who arrived ready to celebrate, setting an upbeat and appreciative tone for the rest of the program.

The Thrill of the Draw: Raffle Surprises

The excitement reached a fever pitch as we transitioned into the raffle draws. These moments of anticipation were scattered throughout the program, keeping the energy high and everyone at the edge of their seats, crossing their fingers in the hopes to bring home the exciting prizes.

The atmosphere grew electric for the Grand Prize Raffle, featuring our most coveted rewards. The loudest cheers of all went to Ralph, who took home the Bar Refrigerator. Another Grand Prize winner was Carlo who became the lucky recipient of a 2-Night Staycation at Mesaverte Residences Condominium. Meanwhile, Jun and Christine both won the gift of relaxation with 3 Days of Leave Credits, while Chelsy claimed a 1,000 Peso Cash Prize.

Other Major Prizes brought a wave of joy to the team. Dhens and Spencer each took home a Multicooker, while Fadelyn, Ralp, Brent, and Leo were all set for a cooler summer with their new Desk, Tower, and Stand Fans.

The tech and lifestyle prizes were equally a hit: Earl snagged a Jisulife Handheld Fan, Jima won a JBL GO 4 Speaker, and Audra walked away with a Double Burner Glass Stove. Finally, Jessa rounded out the major round by winning a Single Tub Washing Machine!

Other minor prizes were given to the rest of the team. In the end, everyone went home as a winner as each name was called. Indeed it was a night filled with surprises and excitement.

Creativity Takes Center Stage

One of the highlights of the afternoon was the Team Presentations, where each team showcased their creativity, humor, and teamwork. Each team performed to the tune of All I Want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey, in their own unique way, proving once again that the ISI team shines not only in work but also in creativity and talent on stage.

Celebrating Milestones and Shared Meals

As evening approached, the celebration transitioned into the Month-End Birthday Celebration, honoring employees celebrating their birthdays for the month. A heartfelt dinner prayer preceded a shared meal, allowing everyone to relax, reconnect, and enjoy good food and great company.

The Years of Service and Loyalty Awards and various Service and Performance Awards followed. The most meaningful moments of the night. Through a special video presentation and awarding of certificates and plaques, long-serving employees were recognized for their dedication, loyalty, excellence, and invaluable contributions to the company’s growth.

Family Fun and Grand Prizes

The celebration continued with kids’ games, ensuring that even the youngest members of the ISI family felt included in the festivities.

Game winners were officially awarded, culminating in the much-anticipated grand prize raffles, which featured exciting rewards—including cash prizes, leave credits, a staycation, and major appliances. The room buzzed with excitement as winners were announced one by one.

A Thoughtful Close to a Memorable Night

The evening wrapped up with a cheerful exchange gift activity, bringing smiles, laughter, and a few surprises. As the program drew to a conclusion, the leaders took the stage to offer their final thoughts.

Mr. Mark Fernandez, the Committee Head, delivered a heartfelt closing message. He expressed his deep gratitude to the organizing team for their tireless work behind the scenes and thanked the employees for their enthusiastic participation. He noted that seeing the smiles and the spirit of camaraderie throughout the day made all the preparation worthwhile.

Following this, Mr. Franklin Rey Pacquiao, AVP and Operations Manager, provided the Closing Remarks. He reflected on the evening's theme of "Splash and Cheers," emphasizing that the strength of Innovuze lies in the authentic bonds formed between its people. He encouraged everyone to carry the energy, joy, and unity of the celebration into the coming year, officially closing the night on a high note of inspiration and hope.
