It is said that a company is only as strong as the people behind it. At Innovuze, that strength has been built day by day, year after year. Now 12 years old, Innovuze Solutions has grown from humble beginnings into a community of collaborators, companions, and friends.

On May 31, 2025, the Innovuze team gathered for our annual teambuilding event, held this year at the scenic Sinulom Falls in Cagayan de Oro City. As everyone arrived at the venue, we were greeted with Sinulom’s lush forest and cascading waterfalls—a breath of fresh air from the buzz of the city. Wasting no time, everyone quickly took out their phones for a photo op—because really, in a spot as picturesque, who wouldn’t?

The Calm Before the Storm

The festivities began with an inspiring message from our General Manager, Mr. Lionel Amarado, who highlighted the power of teamwork and collaboration—a reminder that it is these core values that have carried Innovuze through every milestone and allowed it to thrive over the years.

Eba’t Adan E-Eba’t Adan

Afterwards, every team had a chance to show off their chant! With the mechanics limiting the chant’s tune to the melody of Eba’t Adan, it was a challenge all teams had to pull off—and pull it off they did! From Feeling Blue-tiful to Black to the Future, Red-dy or Not, and Greenich Gang, each group brought their own flair, creative lyrics, and spirit. Their performances had everyone smiling and laughing, it was the perfect way to kick off the day’s activities.

Grit and Wit

And of course, a teambuilding event wouldn’t be as exciting without games! Everyone dove into the outdoor activities with high energy and big smiles despite the summer heat. With each game tailored to encourage cooperation, the teams did not disappoint! Everyone gave their all, showing not just competitiveness, but also camaraderie, sportsmanship, and heart.

After an energetic round of outdoor games, the fun didn’t stop there. Everyone headed back indoors for a change of pace—with games that let everyone relax, laugh, and keep the spirit alive. From a hilarious twerking game that had everyone in stitches to a friendly trivia challenge that put both memory and teamwork to the test, the room was filled with cheers, laughter, and just the right dose of competitive energy.

Piece by Piece
To close the day’s activities, a collaborative puzzle game brought everyone together. Each team was given a set of puzzle pieces to assemble, only to discover that their finished work was just one part of an even bigger picture. Once every team had completed their part, the entire company came together to piece everything into one unified image—a fitting reminder that each of us plays a role in something greater. The final reveal made for a perfect moment, captured in a group photo that celebrated not just the game, but the unity and shared purpose behind it.

Battles, Cackles, and… Raffles!
We could never forget about raffles! As we neared the end of our celebration, excitement ramped up once more with draws. From gadgets and extra vacation leaves to staycation packages, the lucky winners walked away with big smiles (and maybe a few jealous glances ( ͡ಠ ʖ̯ ͡ಠ)).

Food for the Soul

Lunch was served shortly after, giving everyone the chance to recharge, unwind, and connect with good company over good food. Greenich Gang got first dibs at the buffet after claiming victory in the trivia game. Brainpower really has its perks!

The room was filled with laughter and conversations—some catching up with old friends, others making new ones. We even had little ones running around! A living proof that this company has been, and will always be more than a workplace, but a part of people’s lives.

Drumroll, please…

After all the hard work, one team stood tall among others. Feeling Blue-tiful took the crown as this year’s overall winner! Followed by Black To The Future, Greenich Gang and Red-dy or Not, in that order. All teams were given cash prizes according to their final ranking. Though only one can be considered champion, all of the other teams’ determination, spirit, and wit were just as strong—reminding us that in the end, it’s all about showing up, giving your best, and having fun together that matters.

As the Curtain Falls

The program wrapped up right on schedule at 1:30PM and we were left with plenty of time to relax, explore the venue, and simply enjoy each other’s company. By the end of the day, everyone headed home safe. Tired and “lightly toasted”, but undeniably happy. A HUGE thank you to everyone who made this day possible. Here’s to twelve, and many more years of growth, resilience, and successes!
