At Innovuze Solutions Inc., we celebrate not only achievements at work but also the personal milestones of our team. To close the month of September, we held a Month-End Birthday Bash for our September birthday celebrators, followed by our regular Townhall Meeting that keeps everyone aligned and informed.

September Birthday Bash

The program began with opening remarks from our General Manager, Lio, who warmly acknowledged our September birthday celebrants, Ariel, Cherry Mae Ann, and other employees celebrating their special day. Lio also shared some fun facts about the celebrants, adding a lighthearted touch that made everyone smile, before giving a quick rundown of the program.

As part of the celebration, Lio presented cakes and thoughtful gifts to the celebrants, making the moment even more special.

The program continued with birthday messages from the management, team leaders, and fellow employees and interns, expressing their appreciation and good wishes.

The celebrants then took a moment to share their thank-you messages, showing gratitude for the greetings, gifts, and effort poured into making the celebration memorable.

The event wrapped up with a photo opportunity, prayer, the singing of “Happy Birthday,” and a shared lunch, bringing the Innovuze family together in fellowship and joy.

September Townhall Meeting

After the celebration, the team gathered for the Townhall Meeting, a regular company-wide event that highlights updates, projects, and collaborative efforts.

The meeting opened with General Manager Lio Amarado, who welcomed everyone and set the tone for the discussions ahead. One of the first highlights was the announcement of new roles and responsibilities within the company, showcasing the growth of team members as they take on greater responsibilities.

This inspiring moment celebrated promotions and new assignments, reinforcing Innovuze’s commitment to recognizing hard work and providing opportunities for career development.

This was followed by a presentation of the highlights from the recent ManCom Meeting by Franklin Rey Pacquiao, Operations Manager - AVP, providing valuable insights and directions from management.

Each department then gave their quick team updates, showcasing ongoing projects and progress.

Next, one of our Project Managers, Emmanuel, presented updates on innovative internal projects from the teams, while IT Support and SysAdmin, Jun, shared developments on internal tools that help solve efficiency and streamlining of administrative and operational processes.

A Day of Celebration and Collaboration

The September Birthday Bash highlighted the camaraderie and family spirit of Innovuze, while the Townhall Meeting underscored the company’s drive for progress, innovation, and teamwork. Together, they reflect the balance of celebrating people and pursuing excellence. Indeed, the company’s slogan, “innovate, solve, inspire,” is not just something that is expressed in words, but something that is continuously practiced by the team and the company.
