Last March 11, 2025, Innovuze Solutions Inc. (ISI) had the pleasure of welcoming our valued partners, EETech and UltraLabs, along with SEO Rank Realm from the USA, for their much-anticipated visit to Cagayan de Oro City. The first day was filled with good food, fun activities, and genuine camaraderie, the perfect way to start collaboration and connection between our team and the representatives from our clients.

A Warm Welcome

On the first day of visit, our team and our guests gathered with a hearty lunch and an entertaining dance presentation from the Philippine’s beloved fastfood and icon, Jollibee! Laughter and conversations flowed as both teams shared stories and got to know each other beyond their work collaborations.

Indeed, “Bida ang saya!” with Jollibee. The relaxed setting and familiar Filipino comfort food made it the perfect icebreaker, setting a cheerful tone for the rest of the day.

Airsoft Showdown

By 3:00 PM, the group headed to the Airsoft Field in Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, for an afternoon of energy, strategy, and teamwork. The activity was designed not just for fun, but to build trust and strengthen bonds between both teams outside the workplace.

Before the game began, the participants attended a pre-game orientation, where they were briefed on safety rules, gear setup, and match mechanics. The excitement was evident as everyone listened attentively, eager to dive into the experience.

After gearing up, both teams took a quick group picture before heading into the field, capturing the enthusiasm and camaraderie before the friendly showdown began.

When the whistle finally blew, it was game on! Laughter, cheers, and playful shouts echoed around the field as the teams worked together to strategize, aim, and cover each other in an exciting display of teamwork and quick thinking.

The activity turned out to be more than just a game. It became a shared memory filled with energy, teamwork, and smiles that brought both teams closer together.

Capping Off the Day

After an action-packed afternoon, the teams gathered for a boodle fight dinner at Boy Zugba, one of Cagayan de Oro’s well-loved local restaurants. Surrounded by delicious Filipino dishes and vibrant conversations, the ISI and EEtech teams reflected on the day’s highlights and enjoyed a laid-back evening together.

A Perfect Start to a Memorable Visit

Day 1 of the Client's visit perfectly captured the spirit of collaboration and connection that defines the partnership between Innovuze Solutions Inc. and EEtech. It was a day filled with laughter, teamwork, and shared experiences, a reminder that the best relationships are built both in and beyond the office.

It’s hard to believe that it’s just Day 1 and there’s more activities and surprises to come for the next day.
