This Accounting OJT program is designed to expose the trainee to practical, day-to-day accounting work under supervision. The trainee will support routine transactions, assist in month-end activities, and develop strong documentation and spreadsheet skills while following company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Desired Courses:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)
Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information System (BSAIS)
Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (BSMA)
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management
Intern Job Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an internship/OJT subject and endorsed by the school, and. And have completed basic accounting subjects.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, sorting/filtering).
Have experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Familiar with accounting and bookkeeping documents (invoices, OR/DR, purchase orders, vouchers).
Have a beginner mindset.
Be dependable and punctual.
Able to follow standard procedures and deadlines.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with good accuracy in data entry and computations.
Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Good communication skills (email/chat etiquette)
Willing to handle confidential information.

The Sales and Marketing OJT Program is designed for college students who wish to gain hands-on experience in real-world sales, marketing, and business development activities. The program allows students to apply classroom theories to actual business operations.
Intern Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing team, the OJT trainee will:
Assist in lead research, prospect profiling, and updating sales tracking databases
Assist in drafting sales emails, scripts, and follow-up messages for review and approval
Assist in creating basic marketing content and scheduling social media posts
Help prepare reports, presentations, and basic proposal drafts
Maintain proper documentation and submit required accomplishment reports
Market research on products and services, trends, business models, etc.
Reviewing or creating marketing and sales processes or lifecycle
Observe company policies, confidentiality, and professional work ethics
Collaborate with team members using productivity and communication too
Intern Job Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in BSBA Marketing, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, or related programs
Must be endorsed by their school for OJT / Internship
Willing to work onsite (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Background on technology products, services, and startups is a plus
Must have a personal laptop for onsite use
Willing to learn and take initiative
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Interest in sales, marketing, and business development

You will receive the proper training for the appropriate employment in the IT business by participating in on-the-job training at Innovuze. You will be guided through your internship program by a vibrant and jovial group of highly qualified specialists in web development and information technology. Intern Job Responsibilities:
Participate in QA and departmental training
Assist in basic Design, coding and testing (Manual or Automation)
Troubleshoot and isolate basic software problems and submit bugs to the QA team members for checking
Assist on documentation of existing processes
Gather and provide feedback on potential testing tools
Execute testing for existing feature and new feature going to be released
Produce and maintain useful or usable QA projects before internship ends
