IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Technical Support specialist who will monitor and maintain our computer systems and networks, install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and applications problems.


  • At least BS in Information Technology, or any Computer, Engineering, or Technical related course
  • Demonstrable knowledge in computer hardware and software management and maintenance
  • Experience with networking and internet protocols and devices is preferred
  • Background in Linux/UNIX, Mac OSX, and Windows systems is an advantage
  • Experience in managing systems or servers is an advantage
  • Some experience on web-based tools and technologies is a plus
  • Experience with helpdesk support roles and helpdesk software is a plus
  • Can develop or recommend open source systems to improve company operations
  • Fast learner with good problem solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
